Your business is better than it appears online.

Most B2B businesses I work with are genuinely excellent at what they do. Their reputation in the room is strong. But the way buyers now research before they reach out (searching, comparing, shortlisting) means that reputation needs to show up online before the first conversation happens.
Most of the time, it doesn't.
I'd spent 13 years managing campaigns for Coca-Cola, Toyota, Accor, and serious B2B businesses that don't have household names but do important work. The pattern I kept seeing was the same: businesses needed their credibility to precede them. Most of the time, it wasn't.
What Glint does
Glint builds the visibility that means clients arrive already convinced, before they've spoken to you, emailed you, or visited your website.
The framework behind every engagement is called the Glint Visibility Architecture. It maps three things: whether your business can be found by the right people, whether what they find is compelling enough to use, and whether there is enough independent evidence to make them trust you.
Every piece of work (strategy, content, positioning) maps back to one of these three.
The Glint Visibility Architecture
The Glint Visibility Architecture is our proprietary framework for B2B visibility, mapping the three conditions that determine whether a business appears in AI-generated answers.
- Retrievability
- Can AI find and read what you have published.
- Extractability
- When it finds it, can it actually use it.
- Authority
- Does it have enough reason to trust you.
Get all three right and your business appears when your buyers are looking, before they ever reach out.
How we work
Directly. Gala leads every client relationship and every piece of strategic thinking - that doesn't change. Behind her sits a curated studio: a visual producer, a senior PR and communications strategist, and a wider network of specialists built over 13 years in the industry.
SEO, video production, photography, web design, market research. People Gala knows and trusts. They come in when the brief needs them - and don't sit on a retainer when it doesn't.
It means clients get access to a full-service capability without paying for a full-service agency. One point of contact. The right specialist for the right job. No layers in between.
A note from me
I founded Glint in 2025, after having my daughter Elodie and deciding the big agency model wasn't compatible with the business, or the life, I wanted to build.
I work four afternoons a week by design. That's the constraint I've chosen, and it keeps me focused on working smarter - not more.
Glint isn't a one-size-fits-all setup. I've spent 13 years building relationships with the best people I know - in SEO, video production, photography, web design, and market research. They work with me when a client's brief calls for it. Every engagement is scoped properly, managed by me, and built around what the business actually needs.
